A mother of three is begging for help after her husband, who she says often mistreats her, took her children away.
She sent an audio message and details to Nigerian activist Verydarkman. In the audio, she cried uncontrollably as she explained what happened. She said her husband took the children, and despite reporting to the police and other authorities, nothing has been done. She pleaded with Verydarkman to help her get them back.
She also shared that her baby is autistic and cannot take care of herself. She said Verydarkman is her last hope because her daughter needs special care and attention due to her condition.
In a message attached to the audio, she said her abusive husband not only took the children but also beat her, stripped her, and threw her out of the house. She reported the incident to the police, but nothing has been done.
She also said the children are no longer attending school. Her husband left their 3-year-old daughter with four men before going out.
She has not seen her children for a month and admitted she has even thought about ending her life but is holding on for the sake of her kids.
