A leaked audio recording has been shared online, showing a possible fight between socialite Sophia Egbueje and influencer Ama Reginald over the singer Burna Boy.
The audio, which is in two parts and has spread widely, shows Sophia upset with Ama, saying she feels betrayed. Sophia claims that Ama encouraged her to start a relationship with Burna Boy, but later, Ama was seen partying with Burna Boy and his rumored new girlfriend, Chloe Bailey.
Sophia says Burna Boy promised to buy her a Lamborghini truck and other expensive gifts, which made her consider dating him. However, she says she ended up blocking him after she used her own money to buy the car when he didn’t keep his promises. She also expected Ama and her boyfriend Manny to speak to Burna Boy on her behalf.
In the audio, Sophia explains how Ama convinced her to take Burna Boy seriously. Ama reportedly said, “Babe, you should take him seriously. He’s the one who bought Stefflon Don a Cullinan. He spends money on girls. Just give him a chance.”
Sophia also shared that she told Ama about buying her own luxury watch, only to later find out that Burna Boy had given Chloe a similar watch. She said, “I bought my watch myself, and I know who sold it to me. I don’t know if Ama told Manny, but I’m confused why Burna bought Chloe a watch after I bought mine.”
Sophia accused Ama of betraying their friendship, saying, “Ama, who I helped become famous. All her siblings added me on social media because of me. Ama, you told me to go for Burna, and now you’re hanging out with him and Chloe? That’s not how friends act.”
The leaked audio has caused a lot of discussions online, with many people questioning Ama’s loyalty and her friendship with Sophia.
So far, neither Ama Reginald nor Burna Boy has publicly commented on the situation.
