Tragic news has emerged from Kenya, where Mr. Sammy Methu Kiragu, the Managing Director of Sedgwick Insurance Brokers, was found dead inside his office. Reports indicate that he took his own life by jumping from the seventh floor of the 4th Avenue Towers on Fourth Ngong Avenue in Nairobi.
Although the insurance company’s offices are located on the 14th floor, a witness stated that Kiragu took the elevator to the seventh floor before leaping to the ground floor. He died instantly at the scene.
Prior to his death, Kiragu had reportedly been contacted by the police regarding an ongoing investigation. Detectives are now looking into the incident, exploring both suicide and potential foul play as possible causes.
