A video has surfaced online that shows the moment controversial politician Dino Melaye was spotted on the road buying black market fuel inside his Ferrari.

As of the moment of filling this content, Nigeria is experiencing fuel scarcity creating an avenue for the black market traders to start cashing out massively.

Fuel scarcity has become a persistent challenge for the average Nigerian motorist and pedestrian. Besides the stress it causes, fuel scarcity also exerts significant pressure on food prices.
