A Ghanaian lady has questioned why it is considered wrong for a friend to date another friend’s ex, asking who created that rule.
According to the lady, an ex is no longer your partner, so a friend of yours can date them since your ex is not related to you by blood.
She stressed that just because your ex didn’t treat you well doesn’t mean they won’t treat your friend well.
The lady said her friend’s ex could be the right person for her, and we shouldn’t let societal rules prevent that.
She added that the rule of not dating your friend’s ex is not a “sister’s code” and that since the person is your ex, your friend should be free to date them.
