American rapper Cardi B, whose real name is Belcalis Almánzar, has won her defamation case against media personality Tasha K.
Tasha K has been ordered to pay Cardi B $1.2 million.
According to Rolling Stone, a judge finalized the payment plan on February 24. Tasha K will pay the amount in monthly installments over the next five years as part of a $4 million defamation judgment.
Although the full amount isn’t covered, Cardi B can still pursue the remaining balance after five years.
Tasha K also agreed to stop making negative or false statements about Cardi B and her family on any platform, including podcasts and social media. However, Cardi B is not restricted from speaking about Tasha K.
