A Nigerian Lady has shared her story on X (formerly Twitter) about why she quit smoking weed, locally known as ‘igbo.’
The Lady, identified as @clausiaoliveira on X, explained that she stopped smoking weed and will never return to the addiction because it made her lose sight of who she truly was.
In a series of posts, she opened up about how she started using the drug. She revealed that she smoked weed every single day for 11 years. She added that while weed gave her certain experiences, it took away much more in return.
One of the main reasons she decided to quit was realizing she no longer knew who she was without it.
She shared that she began smoking at the age of 16 and is now 27, rediscovering herself after overcoming her addiction.
