A man who claims to be an investigative journalist has revealed the identity of the person who allegedly bought a Lamborghini for Sophia Egbueje.
It was reported a few days ago that socialite Sophia Egbueje purchased a Lamborghini truck for herself after Burna Boy allegedly failed to fulfil his promise of buying it for her following their intimate encounter.
After Sophia shared a video of the luxury car she claimed to have purchased, many expressed doubt, speculating that a man had actually bought it for her. Initially, Wizkid was rumoured to be the one who gifted the Lamborghini to the Lagos socialite.
However, the investigative journalist has now disclosed that a wealthy businessman, High Chief Bankole, is the person who allegedly gifted Sophia the car, casting doubt on her claim of self-sponsorship.
According to the journalist, High Chief Bankole, who owns several oil companies and is extremely wealthy, was responsible for the purchase. He further revealed that Bankole is Wizkid’s godfather, which explains why the singer’s personal assistant was present when the Lamborghini was delivered to Sophia’s home in Lekki.
Additionally, the journalist claimed that High Chief Bankole is romantically involved with several other women and possesses immense wealth.
