A 21-year-old man has sued his father for not buying him his desired expensive car.
The young man sued his father for $60,000, claiming emotional distress after his father failed to gift him the car he wanted, such as a Lamborghini or Porsche.
Speaking in the courtroom to Judge Porter, the young man said his father used to reward him for his academic performance, sports, and other achievements.
He further revealed that he turned 21 on December 21, and since his birthday fell during the Christmas season, his father who had recently received a salary raise had yet to buy him the luxurious car he wanted.
According to the young man, he has high standards, and instead of getting him the luxury car he desired, his father bought him an electric car, which requires charging before use.
The father was shocked that his son would go to the extent of suing him, despite the fact that he had already purchased a car for him and had been rewarding him for his achievements throughout his life.
