A man decided to teach his girlfriend how to skate for months, as he had plans to propose to her on the ice at Rockefeller Center in New York City (NYC).
The man narrated how he carried out his master plan without his girlfriend, Kennedy, finding out.
He said he knew he wanted to propose to his girlfriend in front of the Rockefeller tree, but he also knew she couldn’t skate. So, he had to teach her how to skate before they went back to New York City.
One day, he suggested they go ice skating, and she agreed. However, she struggled in the early stages but eventually grew confident.
After months of teaching his girlfriend how to skate, he took her out one day and held her hand as they skated to the center of the ice.
As he held her hand, he told her that he wouldn’t let her fall until they reached the center.
He then let go of her hand, knelt down, and proposed to her.
The girlfriend was in total shock and said yes as he slipped the ring onto her finger.
The man was thrilled that his plan had come to fruition, and his dream of proposing to his girlfriend on the ice at Rockefeller Center had become a reality.
