In a trending video, Asake’s father revealed his identity and stated that he needs help from his son for medical treatment.
The video showed the deteriorating health of Asake’s alleged father as he appealed to Nigerians for assistance.
Reports indicate that Asake’s father, Mr. Odunsi, allegedly abandoned him when he was a child.

Ahmed Ololade, popularly known as Asake, is a Nigerian Afrobeats singer and songwriter. Born on January 13, 1995, he gained widespread recognition with his breakout single Mr. Money. Signed to YBNL Nation, a record label owned by rapper Olamide, Asake is known for his energetic performances and unique fusion of Fuji, Amapiano, and Afrobeats.
