In a recent sermon, Pastor Komaiya shared an inspiring story about a heartfelt gesture of honor toward Bishop Oyedepo. Speaking with great emotion, he described how he and three others joined forces to buy a Rolls-Royce valued at ₦1.5 billion as a gift for their spiritual mentor.
Pastor Komaiya revealed that he contributed ₦250 million toward the purchase—the smallest share among the four contributors. He explained that the gesture was driven by profound respect and admiration for Bishop Oyedepo. He also stressed that they intentionally avoided publicizing the gift on social media to maintain humility and avoid unnecessary attention.
When the car was presented to Bishop Oyedepo, he was deeply moved. He expressed that in his 70 years, he had never received such a generous gift. He added, “I thank God that it wasn’t politicians or businessmen in the church who did this, but sons in ministry whom I raised.”
Following the presentation, Bishop Oyedepo prayed for Pastor Komaiya and the other donors, blessing them with favor, breakthroughs, and financial abundance. Pastor Komaiya testified that this act of honor had a profound impact on his life. Within a month, his annual income began to flow in almost daily, and he transitioned from being a millionaire to a billionaire.
