A young Ghanaian woman named Maame Konama spoke on a radio show about the problems in her family following her father’s passing.
Speaking on the popular “Afiesem” show with MFK, Maame Konama shared that her father has passed away, and the situation in the family has become unbearable.
She revealed that her father had another wife besides her mother, and even before his death, there were constant conflicts between the two women and their children.
According to her, things have now worsened, as her stepmother and step-siblings are refusing to give them their rightful share of their father’s property.
She also stated that she currently has no place to stay, despite the fact that her father built a house. However, her stepmother and her children have denied her and her mother access to it.
Maame Konama explained that she has tried seeking help from traditional rulers in their community, but nothing has worked.
Hoping for a solution, she turned to Lawson FM, hoping that the public or the authorities could help her and her mother receive their fair share of their late father’s property.
