A well-known Texas rapper and his 5-year-old daughter were shot and killed today, leaving their family heartbroken.
According to Fox 4 News, the shooting happened just before 11 a.m. at Slappy’s Car Wash on Forest Hill Drive. The reason for the attack is still unknown, but a family member confirmed that the victims were G$ Lil Ronnie and his daughter. She also shared her thoughts at the scene.
“He was a rapper. He didn’t bother anyone or go after anyone. He was a family man who loved making music. Why would someone target him?” said Stella Houston, Lil Ronnie’s aunt.
Witnesses believe the attack was intentional and said they heard nearly 30 gunshots. Investigations are still ongoing.
