Deceased singer Mohbad’s wife, Wunmi, has cried out to Nigerians for help, claiming that her father-in-law’s lawyer is threatening to take her son out of the way.
Wunmi pleaded with Nigerians to help her convince her father-in-law to conduct a DNA test on her son, Liam, adding that she has been ready to take the test since 2023.
She explained that she initially refrained from speaking out due to how her father-in-law had used the media to attack her and her son.
Wunmi further stated that her father-in-law is refusing to allow her to take the DNA test because, once it confirms that her son belongs to the late singer, he would have no choice but to proceed with Mohbad’s burial.
She added that her husband deserves to rest and that there is no legitimate reason for his body to still be at the morgue.
According to her, her father-in-law’s father threatened to take her son out of the way during a TikTok live session, during which her father-in-law was online listening.
She claimed to have numerous threatening messages on her phone and stated that if anything happened to her, the lawyer and her father-in-law should be held responsible.
